Directions: On the lips: Apply Primer LipFusion XL™ over the entire surface of the lips. Wait 2-3 minutes before applying lip color.

Around the lips: To smooth and fill in vertical lines and wrinkles around the mouth, extend the pencil beyond the outer contour of the lips, wait 2-3 minutes before applying lip color.

Usage Tips: Apply this plumping pencil to the entire lip area going slightly outside the line.

Additional Tips: This product is essential underneath every lip product, but is especially helpful with highly pigmented glosses as it prevents bleeding/feathering.
